We grew from a small close-knit team who believed we could deliver a first-class service for a fair price, without ever compromising our values. We always go the extra mile for our customers but will also be completely honest regarding what we can deliver on each individual project. That small team ethos will never leave us, as will those values we believe in.
Language Insight started life as Transcription Global, a digital transcription service located in the north of England. In a short amount of time, we grew a reputation for providing high quality audio translations. During our rapid expansion and reinvestment across the translation sectors, Language Insight recruited significant industry expertise in-house.
We opened our first London-based office in 2013, where we were able to tap into the city’s wealth of diversity, and encourage the accumulative growth of talent within our teams. Language Insight’s London translation teams focus on services ranging from market research translation, right through to website localisation.
The diverse set of industries we work with reflect the varied skills, talents and expertise of our team – from software and gaming, marketing and PR, to manufacturing and oil and gas, we are trusted by many different organisations across the globe.
Whether it be the provision of translated data to support a new drug trial, or official interpreting services to the Rugby World Cup 2015, it’s our love of language and the belief in its power that keeps us delivering consistently outstanding translation services.
We recognise this world is ever-changing, not least in translation services. So we believe it’s important to keep investing in technology to deliver effective solutions to both our clients and staff, with a strong emphasis on security and confidentiality.
To prove our commitment to this, we have designed our entire quality assurance management system around the delivery of excellent digital transcription, translation and interpreting. This has been recognised in our ISO 9001 certification.
New opportunities are on the horizon as we look forward to opening our New York office, to provide a more comprehensive service to our American clients. We also have plans for offices in both Paris and Berlin.
