In-house Sales Executive

We are Language Insight and we are a leading Translation and Language Services Provider, with headquarters in Lancashire, England, and offices in London and New York.
Language Insight is currently looking to recruit an In-house Sales Executive at it's Preston HQ. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain the brand image and awareness of the brand amongst Language Insight’s existing and potential customer base.
Tasks include:

Online Marketing
• Liaise with the Online Marketing team to manage industry relevant social media across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

• To keep contacts refreshed for marketing purposes via Hubspot

Offline Marketing
• Identify target markets and develop offline strategies to communicate with them
• Respond to all email and telephone enquiries
• Maintain responsibility for client promotions, including seasonal (Christmas cards/gifts, Easter etc.) and general (wine offers, new job cards, birthdays etc.)
• Think of unique marketing strategies to attract clients

Sales and account management
• Monitor customer feedback through questionnaires and building relationships with key existing clients
• Build relationships with mid-level accounts to improve chances of winning projects
• Prepare and chase quotations or assist the projects team
• Identify new contacts within existing client organisations in order to develop business
• Identify new contacts within potential client organisations in order to develop business
• Build up and continuously update contacts within the CRM system
• Potential client meetings
• Look for relevant networking events to attend
• Search for advertising opportunities both online and off-line publications

Person specification:

• Takes initiative persists at tasks and pursues completion of objectives
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent presentation skills
