Language Insight is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Project Managers with different levels of experience to join our team in London or work remotely. We are a fast-growing Translation company that provides high standards of market research translation services. After four consecutive years of sales growth, and the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2019, we are now looking to expand further.
Whilst the candidate’s experience and academic qualifications are paramount, the right candidate must display a positive, professional and can-do attitude, as well as a willingness to go that extra mile to deliver a high-quality service to our end clients.
As a Project Manager, you will provide a variety of language services to our clients, ensuring we remain the preferred leader in market research translation services worldwide and contributing to the growth in the sector. As part of your role you will:
Manage the full-cycle of language services production for our market research clients, ensuring quality control measures have been adhered to.
Assist new and established clients with their requests and advise them on the most efficient solutions for their requirements.
Develop trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and linguists, managing expectations and sharing expertise.
Work closely with other team members and other teams to offer support and share knowledge, develop new procedures and training etc.
Work closely with our linguists to coordinate the workload and source the most appropriate resources.
Ensure projects maintain a high level of quality, timekeeping and professional standards in line with our ISO 9001 and 17100 quality systems, and ISO 27001 security accreditation.
Ensure all admin is up to date at all time and profit margins are healthy.
Use Translation Management Software and manage translation assets, such as glossaries etc.
2 years of translation management experience – Market Research.
Experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CAT tools.
Experience of working with multiple client accounts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints.
Ability to significantly multi-task and work under pressure.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
