Language Insight is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager with at least two years of experience in Translation Project Management to join our US team. We are a fast-growing Translation company that excels in delivering market research translation services. In the last three years our sales have grown by 56% and our work was recognised with the Queen’s award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2019.

Whilst the candidate’s experience is paramount, the right candidate must also display a positive, professional and can-do attitude, as well as a willingness to go that extra mile to deliver a high-quality service to our end clients.

As a Project Manager you will provide a variety of language services to our US Market Research clients, ensuring we remain the preferred leader in market research translation services worldwide and contributing to the growth in the sector. This is a remote position which requires covering our US shift (9am to 5:30pm NY time/2pm to 10:30pm UK time). The initial training period might require some adjustment to the working hours to ensure a smooth onboarding.

As part of your role you will:

• Manage the full-cycle of the language services production, from quoting to delivering

• Ensure quality control measures have been adhered to throughout the project life cycle

• Assist clients with new requests and advise them on the most efficient solutions for their requirements

• Establish and develop trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and linguists, managing expectations and sharing expertise with all project stakeholders

• Work closely with other team members and linguists to coordinate workload and allocations based on areas of expertise

• Work with Quality Assurance on recruitment and quality control

• Ensure all projects maintain a high level of quality, timekeeping and professional standards in line with our ISO 9001 and 17100 quality systems, and ISO 27001 security accreditation.

• Monitor profit margin

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of translation project management experience

• Experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CAT tools

• Ability to manage large client accounts

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
