The ISO 17100 accreditation is an internationally recognised
standard for companies within the translation industry, which covers the
essential processes for providing translation services. The accreditation aims
to outline the service a client will receive within a recognised set of
procedures that are carried out to best practice.
Language Insight already has two existing ISO accreditations in Security Management and Quality Management. Our Managing Director, Donna Twose states “Together with our ISO 9001:2015 for ‘Quality Management’ and ISO 27001 for ‘Information Security Management’, this latest addition entrenches Languages Insight in the provision of internationally accredited high quality translation services.”
ISO certifications establish requirements for organisations to both demonstrate and perform to a recognised framework, with management systems that are independently audited every year. We aim to continuously demonstrate our commitment to all of our ISO accreditations in the pursuit of excellent service delivery for all of our clients.
