To ensure we continue to deliver high‑quality language services, all our linguists, both in‑house and in‑country, go through our rigorous multi‑tier recruitment process and regular training.
This ensures everyone is continually up-to-date with terminology and vocabulary, reassuring you that your completed language projects match the cultural and linguistic norms of your target audience.
As part of our quality guarantee, we employ in‑house quality assurance teams who are all highly‑qualified translation professionals. Their dedication to accuracy means we only deliver projects of the very highest standard.

Multi-tier recruitment process
Our recruitment process ensures that only the best people in the industry join our team.
Linguists must have excellent language qualifications or more than five years’ proven experience of translation or interpreting, along with at least two references and a solid working knowledge of one of the industries in which they wish to work. All applicants are also required to undertake a translation test.
Applicants for other positions within our teams should have proven experience in the role for which they are applying, accompanying references and excellent knowledge of the industry.
Confidentiality is key
Before joining the team, all our staff must complete an induction training module which covers details of our confidentiality clauses, data security, and our business processes.
A generous probationary period of close supervision and feedback ensures that every linguist who joins our team produces the very best translations. Once this period is complete, our linguists are allowed to take on live work, which is continuously monitored to ensure that our quality standards are consistently met.
